These terms cover your use of captainmikespub.com, the website of Capt. Mike’s Beer & Burger Bar (“we”, “us”), located at 5118 6th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53140. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

The site tells you about our bar, our menus, our events, our food truck and jobs with us. It is for personal, non-commercial use.

Ordering, gift cards and payments

Online orders, gift cards and payments are handled by Toast on Toast’s own website, under Toast’s terms of service. We do not take orders or payments through this site. Merchandise is sold through a separate shop under that shop’s terms.

Menus, prices and availability

Our food menu comes from our point-of-sale system and our beer list from Untappd, and both are updated often, but we cannot promise they are always exact. Items, ingredients and availability change without notice; an item shown may have sold out, and an item not shown may be available. Prices are shown at the time of ordering, and prices in the bar may differ from online ordering. If you have a food allergy or dietary need, ask our staff before ordering.

Events

Events listed on the site, including weekly nights, are subject to change or cancellation without notice. If you are making a special trip for one, call ahead.

Food truck bookings

Sending a booking inquiry through the site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we say so in writing and any agreed terms are met.

Job applications

Submitting an application does not create any offer of employment or obligation on our part. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Alcohol

You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol at our bar, and we may ask for identification. Please drink responsibly.

Your submissions

Information you send through our forms must be accurate and yours to give. You must not use the site to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or to interfere with the site’s operation.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Capt. Mike’s Beer & Burger Bar or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Names and logos of breweries, Toast, Untappd, Google and other companies belong to their owners and appear only to identify their products and services.

Other websites

The site links to other websites, including Toast, Untappd, our merchandise shop and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We make no promise that it will be available at all times, free of errors, or that its content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capt. Mike’s Beer & Burger Bar and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, including reliance on menu, price, hours or event information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
